How many times per week should I exercise?
Set aside 3 hours per week to exercise. If the hours of exercise are well planned you can tone muscle and quickly improve your cardiovascular fitness. Remember that your nutrition is just as important as your training so if you want to see great results you must combine the two.
Where do we train?
We can train you at home or in your local park, our team have all the equipment needed for an effective and fun workout. All our trainers are highly qualified and skilled professionals that will design an effective training programme. One of the many benefits of mobile personal training is that it can create a private, safe and comfortable environment for your exercise sessions, and can be tailored to suit you and your life.
I want to lose weight, can a personal trainer help me with that?
Yes of course! Our aim is to get results and we have the knowledge and experience to do just that.
Do I need to be fit to train with a personal trainer?
Certainly not. We make sure you train at your ability and gradually increase your strength and fitness safely.
If I have an injury, should I still use a personal trainer?
Yes! Many of our clients have current or past injuries that affect what types of exercises they can do. We almost never see clients who have not sustained some sort of injury in the past. Often times it was these injuries that caused our clients to put a hold on physical activity. Our trainers understand and are qualified to build modified workout plans that account for any injuries that a client may have.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Lean we understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session. In order to receive full credit for the session, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in FULL payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please call or text us on 07414 991 992 or contact your trainer directly. Please leave a message on the voicemail if we are busy and unable to take your call.
