NATASHA

Natasha specialises in female fat loss, health and wellbeing with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, training a wide variety of clients – working with post natal women to regain their figure and fitness to working with royalty where discretion and high standards are paramount.

As a mother of two Natasha knows the importance of pre and post natal fitness and nutrition. Her own personal experience and knowledge means she understands the fundamental differences of a woman’s body including hormonal influences, body composition and age related changes. By understanding these differences Natasha successfully helps women regain their fitness, health and confidence.

RYAN

Ryan has been improving the lifestyle and wellbeing of clients for over 18 years. Using the lean system he has worked with hundreds of clients ensuring they achieve the most effective and sustainable results.

Ryan creates bespoke programmes tailored to each client’s needs and goals based on the ‘lean system’. These programmes aim to be fun yet challenging, using cutting edge, functional training methods with an emphasis on motivation, form and optimum nutrition.

Ryan will never let an injury or ability stand in a client’s way. He has worked with clients who have their own challenges to overcome on the road to fat loss, regaining fitness and wellbeing. Ryan’s more challenging clients include individuals with Parkinson’s disease, knee replacements, hypermobility, other clients were recovering from heart bypass surgery, suffering with autism and pre/post natal women.

Jamie became interested in fitness and wellbeing from a very young age.

Growing up with his mother, a Yoga Instructor, it was after taking a Yoga retreat with her that he became aware of the benefits it has. Jamie qualified as a Yoga instructor in 2010 and in 2017 qualified as a personal trainer so that he could combine functional fitness and Yoga together.

Jamie uses a fusion of fitness and Yoga to not only help you achieve your goals but also to gain true physical and mental benefits.

Rali is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Yoga Instructor.

She incorporates a wide variety of exercises into her clients workouts, making them a fun and enjoyable experience.

Whether to increase strength, endurance, improve posture or flexibility, Rali adapts her sessions creating bespoke workouts.
