    Safe training while pregnant is paramount and helps with the common symptoms that come with pregnancy such as tiredness, water retention, delivery of your baby and muscle tone thus helping your body to return to how it was, if not better than before pregnancy.

    For those Mum’s who want to get in shape post pregnancy, this can be achieved with our bespoke nutrition and training programme. Qualified in dealing with natural and c-section births, we have worked with many clients who have suffered with the separation of the abdominal muscles, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.

    With the right programme and through effective exercise these can be greatly improved wth no need for surgery.

Pre-Natal Fitness Training is great preparation for a healthy birth and for a quick Post-Natal recovery. It is essential that your Pre/Post Natal training is done under Professional supervision. We are specifically trained to work with you through all the Trimesters and prepare you for the birth in the comfort of your own home. Call us to discuss session frequency as this depends on your Pre-Pregnancy Fitness and your goals.
