We hold regular boot camps in and around the local parks in the Surrey area.
Located between Hersham, Walton and Weybridge. Queens place has wooded areas, open grasslands and tarmac areas lending itself to a range of exercises and drills year round and in all weather. The Weybridge Boot Camp incorporates cardio, HIIT and strength training.

Located next to the river mole and with vast open space our Esher Boot Camp setting lends itself to to a range of exercises and drills year round and in all weather. The Esher Boot Camp incorporates run, HIIT and yoga for a fun and balanced workout. Bring your own mat.

All sessions are outdoors and go ahead come rain or shine. If the conditions are too dangerous and we need to postpone we will contact you via email.
